Q: Why do I need to register?
A: You will need to register for a username and password before being able to login and start using the Ride Smart website.
Q: Why is my registration not being processed?
A: If your registration will not process, please check that you have
  • filled in all the mandatory boxes marked with a red asterisk (*)
  • correctly answered the ‘Are you a robot’ question
  • checked the box to indicate you accept the terms and conditions
Q: How do I log in?
A: Once you have registered, you will receive an email with a link which you will need to visit to activate your account. Once your account has been activated, you can login to Ride Smart by clicking on the login tab at www.ridesmart.spokes.com.au on subsequent visits.
Q: Can I select which exercises I want to complete?
A: Yes, you can select which exercises you would like to complete. You can also filter the exercises you would like to complete based on environment, type of bike and the status of the exercise. Simply go to the Dashboard and click on continue exercises and select the module/exercises you want.
Q: What is the Refresher Program?
A: The Refresher Program contains additional exercises intended for riders that have previously fully or partially completed the Main Program. The exercises are similar to those in the Main Program but are designed for riders who have more on road experience.
Q: Commentary Exercises - How do I set up the microphone?
A: The site will automatically use your current active microphone device. For information about installing and configuring a microphone device for you operating system refer to your operating system help.
Q: How do I enter the prize draws?
A: You will be automatically entered into the prize draws – you don’t need to do anything further to enter the prize draws.
Q: Will this work on my iPhone / iPad ?
A: Adobe Flash Player is required to use the Ride Smart program at this stage, unfortunately Flash is not compatible with iPhones and iPads. Ride Smart may become available for all hardware at a later stage, but in the meantime we would recommend accessing a computer that is Flash compatible to complete the program. We apologise for any inconvenience.
